Professor Hassan Abdelhamid is a Professor of Law at the University of Sharjah (UAE) and the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Law at the British University in Egypt. He has extensive experience in higher education leadership, legal education development, and academic research, and serves as Vice President of the French Association “Méditerranées.”
Professor Abdelhamid holds a PhD in the philosophy of civil law from the University of Paris 10 (Nanterre), and his work focuses on civil law and comparative legal studies across Mediterranean and international contexts.
